The electrode alternative from Melior Energy allows to commission and test manufacturing equipment such as winders and cell assembly machines for the fraction of a cost as compared to the use of real electrodes. It however provides all the properties that are needed to reliably test all equipment functions. Texture, stiffness, flexibility, weldability and more are ensured by the electrode alternative.
Commissioning and ramping up a small production line or a Gigafactory can become expensive especially when considering that the manufactured product cannot be sold to the customers. The electrode alternative therefore provides a cheep solution that is non-toxic, IP protective (when comissioning equipment at supplier factories) and easy to handle.
